- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, Georgia, intends to issue solicitation RFQ30703-0018-8, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE-DAIRY. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, delivery dates begin July, 2008 through September 30, 2008. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 2600 Highway 301 South, Jesup, GA 31599. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, with prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2008., and will be posted to the General Services Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. All quoters must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 13, 2008. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT). Each offeror is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov The point of contact for all information is Annie A.
