- Description
- Amendment No. 0001 was posted to FBO today. It provides a website for bidders to use in signing up for tomorrow's site visit. The website is http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/apps/csvr. Work is to pave approx. 660 feet long and 22 feet wide access road with 2 1/2 inch thick asphalt to the Ice Harbor Juvenile Fish Facility. The road is currently gravel and will be covered with a new 4 inch base course. There will be 2, 16 gage, 18 inch CMP culverts installed, one of the CMP culverts is approx. 40 feet long and the other culvert is approx. 90 feet long. Reshaping of base and subgrade material is required to provide proper sloping and drainage. Ice Harbor Shoreline Road Surfacing: Perform bituminous surface treatment of the Shoreline Road from Ice Harbor Dam to Charbonneau Park Road, including two parking areas. After the road work has been completed the contractor shall stripe the road and parking areas to match existing striping. The road is approx 24 feet wide and 12,500 feet long. Onsite work must be completed by Sep 20, 2008, assuming notice to proceed is issued by June 23, 2008. Solicitation No. W912EF-08-B-0001 was issued on May 01, 2008.
