- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a follow-on SOLE SOURCE Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), Stratford, CT. The anticipated order will be for contractor supplies and services to support the retrofit implementation for airframe improvements to the MH-60 Aircraft. SAC is the prime contractor for the MH-60 aircraft. The scope of work will include installation of retrofit kits in eighteen (18) aircraft as well as program management, engineering support, integrated logistics support and maintenance support.
