- The Edgewood Division of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center anticipates a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Simplified Acquisition Contract Award entitled, Studies of Lignocellulosic Recalcitrance using Phragmites australis, a Novel Bioenergy Crop, as the Model, to Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, 1880 Pratt Drive, Suite 2600, Blacksburg, VA, 24060-6750, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The projected contract award date is 14 May 2008. The contractor award is in the amount of $52,0000.00. The Government will not provide a copy of the Statement of Work.
