- The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to High Stakes Writing, LLC, 4030 51st Street NW, Washington, DC 20016-1922 to furnish all tools, labor, supplies and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: "USAF Heritage", Textbook. Lesson Plan and Multi-Media Support Materials, (ISBN yet to be assigned), Quantity: 3100. CLIN 0002: "Leadership Studies", Textbook with CD and Instructor Material with CD, (ISBN yet to be assigned), Quantity: 1840. This NOTICE OF INTENT to purchase a sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified educational materials, they must respond to this notice before 12:00 noon (Central Time) on 20 May 2008. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to High Stakes Writing, LLC.
