- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 339999 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 500 The purchase of the following SimMan Manikin and required accessories including training: Item 0001 1 each SimMan Manikin Part Number: 21100050 Item 0002 1 each Peripheral Kit Laptop/Link Box Part Number: 211009001 Item 0003 1 each Compressor Part Number: 21001150 Item 0004 1 each SimMan ACLS Senarios Part Number: 801459 Item 0005 1 lot On-Site Training for SimMan Manikin and the above required accessories Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 45 days ARO or earlier. Mfr: Laerdal Medical Corporation Justification for Brand Name: Laerdal Medical Corporation (actual manufacturer) SimMan Manikin and required accessories provides both algorithm-based training opportunities and patient care simulations. Vitual tools trigger sensore in the mannequin but are not live versions. Training required by the 78th Medical Group includes ny cognitive psychomotore dimensions and the use of virtual tools does not provide the Familiarization required and other product lines do not allow for the use of the actual clinic's defribrillator which is critical psychomotor skills that the clinic staff must master through physical practice.
