- This is a notice of intent to increase the ceiling of contract N66001-03-D-5002with WFI Government Services (WGS). The contract currently provides forsupport services for C4ISR systems and subsystems for the U. S. SouthernCommand (USSOUTHCOM), Joint Inter Agency Task Force-South (JIATF-S) operationalnetworks, systems, subsystems, equipment, and software on a seven days perweek, twenty-four hours per day (7/24) schedule. The majority of the work willbe performed in Key West, Florida. The contract consists of a 5 year BasePeriod with 8 six month award terms. This ceiling increase is approximately$9.9 million and anticipated for contract performance through August 2009. Thisnotice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes and isposted for 15 days from 13 May 2008. A determination by the Government not tocompete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion ofthe Government. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement,proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
