- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. In accordance with FAR 13.104 Promoting Competition a minimum of three vendors have been solicited to provide bids and the lowest priced quote was accepted. Best Buy Government LLC provided the lowest quote. Therefore, it is intended an order be placed with Best Buy Government LLC for the following: 6 PTZ Megapixel Network Cameras WFD 2, BDO 2, RDO 2; 18 PTZ Network Cameras WFD 6, BDO 6, RDO 6; PTZ Network Cameras WFD 2, BDO 2, RDO 2; 6 Quad video server with audio WFD 2, BDO 2, RDO 2; 15 Video encoders WFD 5, BDO 5, RDO 5; 5 Axis Power over ethernet Midspan 1 Port Power Injector, 2 PTZ Network Cameras WFD 2; 24 PTZ Network Camera WFD 24. The lowest quote was $86,082.43.
