- This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for a Air Compressor at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements for the Air Compressor. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 333912, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. This requirement is for a : 1) Quincy QR25-390, 20 HP, 460v/3Phase/60Hz, replacement compressor Rated at 64 cfm at 175 psig.
