- Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, supervision and transportation for placement of large boulders and gravel into the North Umpqua River via machine placement. This is a Request for Proposals for an indefinite quantity type contract for a period of approximately 2 years. The estimated minimum dollars to be obligated is $10,000 with a possible maximum of $150,000 over the period of the contract. The offeror will complete a questionnaire setting forth their technical capability, understanding of the project work, past performance history and project administration. The performance period is between June 15 and October 15 of each year. When ready, the solicitation will be posted to this website; hard copies of the solicitation are not available.
