- This is an amendment to synopsis previously posted on April 21, 2008. It extends the deadline for vendors interested in attending the mandatory site visit to notify Ms. Lane by May 15, 2008, 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Notification is to be made to Marietta Lane via telephone or email, email is preferred. Email: marietta.lane@usmc.mil. Original synospis is included below: MCLC, Albany, GA has a requirement for the supply of a 7.5 ton air hoist trolley to be delivered and installed at the Marine Corps Logistic Command's Maintenance Center Barstow, Yermo Annex, Barstow, California. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. A site visit is mandatory and is offered on a one time only basis to interested vendors. Quotes submitted by vendors that attend the site visit will be the only one's evaluated for award. The site visit is scheduled for May 21, 2008, 1:00 P.M., local pacific time. Vendors will be limited to 2 employees per company to attend the site visit. All interested vendors must notify Marietta Lane by closeof business May 7, 2008, 4:00 EST, via email or telephone, email is preferred, if they intend to participate in the site visit. Those vendors will then be required to complete a form for access to the Barstow Marine Corps facility. In addition, interested parties should contact Marietta Lane for a copy of the Draft Statem ent of Work via email or telephone, email is preferred. North AmericanIndustry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 333923, size standard is 500 employees. Delivery is requested 180 days after contract award. FOB Destination pricing preferred.
