- This announcement is a Sources Sought Notice Solicitation(s) are not available at this time. Solicitations will not be received as a response to the governments Sources Sought Notice. The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) is seeking non personal services to instruct Montana Educators on the unique issues that impact children whose parents are gone for extended periods of time serving in the military for the MTARNG. We are looking for an instructor with a pre-established curriculum who will teach a 16 Hr, (2 Day event) for Montana educators on the following: history, background and structure of the military; deployment cycles; separation for parent(s); changes in the family; possible moves and school transition; emotional issues, sensitive and support of the child; economic changes with in a family structure; academic issues; dealing with information in the media; coping with anti-war sentiment; strategies for children; strategies for family; and community outreach. The response date of this survey is May 22, 08 by 4:00pm Mountain Standard Time. The interested party shall send an email copy with the company name, physical address, Cage Code; phone number and title of the requestor along with a copy of the curriculum.
