- NAICS Code: 334511 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9, intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures, to Eureka Environmental Engineering, 2113 Wells Branch Parkway, Suite4400, Austin, TX 78728 to provide a turnkey satellite telemetry system with integrated water quality meters and sensors. Service required include 2 years of satellite service for two systems; web hosting for 2 years for two systems; 10 hours of web page set up. Products required include 2 each Eagle Eye Telemetry Systems; 4 each Multiprobe 3.0 with internal battery pack; 4 each pH/ORP Sensors; 4 each Dissolved Oxygen Optical Sensors; 4 each electrode Cond Graphite; 4 each Depth Sensors 0-25 meters; 2 each 5-meter underwater cable; 2 each Profile Adapter MP; 6 each Combo pH/ORP Sensor replacement; 6 each pH reference sleeve with junction. The authority for the sole source is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed sole source has been made because Eureka Environmental is the only source capable of providing the required products/services. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Response to this notice must be submitted by May 20, 2008. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
