- This acquisition is to provide materials necessary for worldwide flight publications to include Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) enroute charts and terminal approach plates for Spain, Canary Islands, the Azores, Cape Verde Islands (to include Sal, CVI),, the west coast of Africa, the Atlantic Ocean, Brazil (to include Fortaleeza), and the Caribbean. These publications should update every 28 days via internet download, so they can be updated while away from home station. This product must be same as or equal to Jeppeson eCharts for Windows. This is to support 3 HC144 aircraft to be ferried from Spain to Mobile, Al. The period of performance will be one base year beginning on 28 May, 2008 with two option years. The government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offerer whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government baed on price. The NAICS code is 56120. The quotation package shall be available by request to: SKCS Eric F. Walstrand, on or about 15 May, 2008. There are no other services requested other than the subscription for updates via internet at regular intervals.
