- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure various items of Adapter Plate Assemblies. The contractor shall provide and maintain a written inspection system, which will assure that all supplies and services submitted to the Government for acceptance conform to contract requirements whether manufactured or processed by the contractor, or procured from subcontractors or venders. This procurement is 100% small-business set aside, and will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS and NECO.navy.mil on or after 28 May 08. All questions must be in writing, and no telephone calls will be accepted. See Note#22.
