THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CICRULAR, FAC 2005-25 THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A Request For Proposal. THIS ACQUISITION IS a 100 % SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES; NAICS: 811310 SIZE STANDARD: $ 6.5 Million CONTRACT LINE ITEM(S) QUANTITY: 0001; U/I: LO TYPE OF CONTRACT AWARD: FIRM FIXED PRICE DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Drexel Forklift will require a bi-monthly Preventative Maintenance program and repairs as needed. Repairs for the Drexel Forklift will include, but are not limited to, repair of battery or charger, brakes, fork movement, and any other maintenance to keep it operational. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Basic year, with four (4) option years FOB: Destination, 52.247-34 The following clauses are applicable. 52.252-2 -- Clauses Incorporated by Reference This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
