- The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to Instructions to Offerors, Evaluation Criteria/Basis for Award. a. Appendix A, Package Information for Forms, is hereby "RESERVED" in its entirety and does not need to be submitted with offeror's proposal. b, Instruction to Offerors, Paragraph 1.6.2.2, is revised to now read: 1.6.2.2. The customers that you choose as references should be able to rate you in many areas as possible if contacted by the government. Your selection of appropriate customers will give the Government evaluators the opportunity to see the scope of the work you have done in the past and how it relates with the work covered by this Statement of Work. (1 sided and double-spaced). c. Evaluation Criteria/Basis for Award, Paragraph 2.4.3, is revised to now read: 2.4.3. The Government may use data provided by the offeror, and data obtained from other sources. The Government may but is not limited to: evaluate past and present performance information through the use of questionnaires completed by the offeror's references (only if specifically requested by the Government); use data independently obtained from other Government or commercial sources, including, but not limited to Government databases; rely upon personal business experience with the offeror; and use the information provided in the Offeror's Past Performance Relevancy Questionnaires - (questionnaires are only required if specifically requested by the Government). d. Date and time for receipt of offers remains unchanged.
