- Description
- ERDC-TEC requires the following contractor support for the SpeckEye Cobra UAS project: Raytheon Cobra UAS airframe support and sensor integration for scheduled test flights, Army Cobra UAS sensor integration support, UAS hanger storage support through the end of July 2008, UAS hanger/shop work space support (to facilitate payload integration); UVI airfield scheduling support; flight test logistics support including Test Director, Crew Chief, Pilot, and required ground support for three (3) SpeckEye Cobra test flights, currently scheduled to occur in June, July and August 2008. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities/qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 1700 hour Central Time Zone on 16 May 2008. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
