- Description
- Provide all personnel and supplies necessary to clean approximately 10,000 square feet of clinical building space, of which 90% is tile and 10% is carpet, at the VA Outpatient Clinic, 1822 Sally Hill Farms Rd, Florence, South Carolina as outlined herein in the Statement of Work. Supplies to include: cleaning supplies, wax, mops, brooms, dust pans, trash can liners, needle disposal system, paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand soap. This contract includes a base year (15 June 2008- 14 June 2009), plus four (4) one year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP VA-247-08-RP-0246 will be advertised as 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business set aside with NAICS Code 561720 and the size standards $15 M. Only offerors from those firms regularly established in business of providing this type of service will be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be advertised and available for bidding on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 15 May 2008. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments.
