- This solicitation is for various pieces of laboratory equipment for the new Emerald Ash Borer Beetle Plant Protection and Quarantine lab in Michigan. This will be a multiple award solicitation with the possibility of separate awards from each line item. Vendors are greatly encouraged to submit multiple offers on any or all of the line items with award being made to those quotes representing the best value to the Government.
