Description

This is a formal solicitation notice for the System Production phase of the Deployable Oxygen Generation System Medium DOGS-M. The Air Force requires a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved oxygen concentration system that generates gaseous oxygen at a purity of 93 percent United States Pharmacopeial (USP) from ambient air. The system will be used to administer therapeutic oxygen directly to patients and fill high pressure cylinders. This system will be forward deployed to mature and immature Joint Operating Areas around the world to support a wide range of military operations under austere conditions for extended periods of time. This acquisition is being solicited as a Request for Proposal. Source Selection will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15. Type of contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price. Proposal Closing Date: 12 June 08 at 2:00 PM Central Time. This is an electronic release. No hard copies will be mailed. Any amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted on FedBizOpps ( http://www.fbo.gov ). It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. The performance period will be thirty (30) months from contract award. In order to be eligible for award, offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. To register, please go to http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 339999. There will be no public bid opening.
