- SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego (SSC-SD) is seeking competitive quotations on afull and open competition basis for the fabrication of a Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Foal Receiver, P/N: 55910ASSY02085208528-1, quantity of 2 ea, in accordance with the attached Government drawings. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. No Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. All offers received within 15 days after date of publication of synopsis will be considered by the Government. Interested parties are invited to respond. Award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote received. Quotes may be sent via fax or e-mail and must be received on or before the closing date and must include solicitation number N66001-08-Q-1512. Facsimile quotations must be sent to Fax # (619) 553-9068. E-mail quotes must be sent to Aurora.Vargas@navy.mil. Technical questions must be emailed to purchasing agent up to five business days prior to the closing date of this announcement. Include solicitation number N66001-08-Q-1512.
