Description

The Acquisition Service Center VISN 9, contracting for the VA Medical Center, Memphis, TN is soliciting proposals for a primary care and mental health community based outpatient clinic in Jonesboro, TN area to provide services for beneficiaries of the VA. Anticipated period of performance is September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009 with four, one-year option renewal periods, to be renewed at the Government's discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price requirements. This solicitation is unrestricted. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 621498 applies to this procurement. This solicitation package will be posted on or about 5/13/08. No telephone requests will be honored. No paper copies will be available. All questions must be addressed to the Contracting Officer in writing. Offeror's are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time for proposals, with technical documentation is included in the solicitation. It is now a requirement that all contractors be registered with CCR (Central Contractor Registration).
