- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541850. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The items are needed for the ATEC exhibit at the AUSA Future Exhibits and quotes are being requested for the following line items: CLIN 0001) 8 each, 42 LCD High Definition Monitor (commercial grade heavy-duty casing), including shipping with insurance, wall mount for work station, high quality rolling fiber case for shipping and protection, 16:9 format, full compliment of component inputs; CLIN 0002) 1 each, 61 Plasma Monitor (commercial grade heavy-duty casing), including shipping with insurance, wall mount for work station, high quality rolling fiber case for shipping and protection, 16:9 format, full compliment of component inputs,. The following FAR provisions and clauses are associated with this requirement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (include a completed copy with quote, must be registered in the CCR); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions. All responsible sources may submit a quote. All quotes received by the below due date and time shall be considered. Award will be based on the quote that offers the best value to the Government, based upon price, availability and delivery date. Ship to zip code is 23707.
