- Description
- The U.S. Army JM&L LCMC, Acquisition Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) and negotiate, on a sole source basis, a 5-Year ID/IQ contract with General Dynamics OTS for the production and delivery of the M1 Portable Vehilcle Arrest Barrier (PVAB). The estimated maximum quantity of PVABs to be procured under the contract is 1,000. The required Delivery Schedule will be 20 M1 PVABs per month. This notice is not a request for proposals. The JM&L LCMC Acquisition Center intends to award a sole source contract to General Dynamics OTS (Aerospace), 11350 137th Place NE, Redmond, WA. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about May 25 in electronic format through www.fedbizopps.gov and http://procnet.pica.army.mil.
