- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor will provide all labor resources needed for this contract, all J Hooks and misc parts for job completion. The J6/DOIM will provide all RG11 and RG6 coax able, all compression time connectors, Coax Amps and Taps. Statement of Work: Install new coax backbone throughout Keifner, MEF, USPFO and HQ Buildings at the Missouri National Guard. New backbone will consist of RG11 ran down each main hallway. All cabling is to be suspended above drop ceiling w/J hooks, all existing drops will be replaced w/RG 6 and reran to a tap located in the hallways. There is to be an amp installed at every switch closet. Each RG6 is to be labeled on both ends with cooresponding room numbers. There is to be a tap installed every 25ft on the RG11 ran down each main hallway. All cable is to be tested w/no less than a +3db reading at each TV. Test results will be provided to the DOIM. All existing TV coax are to be removed and disposed of by contractor. Contractor's who quote shall be Central Contractor Registered and submit with solicitation their CAGE Code, DUNS number, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 (Reps & Certs). Review FAR 52.212-2 in this solicitation. Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable and may be viewed at www.wdol.gov. Performance period is 45 days after award of contract. All work performed must be in compliance with Missouri National Guard Standard Operating Procedures.
