- The Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision to Relocate Intake from Bldg 2 to Bldg 3 and Expand Eye Clinic in Bldg 3 at the Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC. All work shall be completed within 240 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and clean-up. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. 00. The specifications will be uploaded on/about May 23, 2008. A pre-bid/walk-through will be held on/about June 10, 2008 at 1:00 PM m in Bldg 21, Rm. BB-128. The bid opening will be on/about June 24, 2008. Please keep in mind these dates are estimates. The actual dates will be posted in the solicitation. The deadline for receipt of questions is ten days prior to the bid opening. Firms interested in bidding must request drawings in writing; no telephone requests will be received. The Contracting Officer's email address is jolette.morrison@va.gov. The bidder is responsible for the readability of faxed requests. Forty sets of drawings are available and will be issued on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Firms requesting drawings must be registered at Central Contractor Registry before drawings are requested. The registration at Vet Biz and Online Representations and Certifications must be completed before award. Government-wide numbered note 29 applies to this procurement.
