- PR NO: 0016968097. This solicitation is for a Firmed Fixed quantity contract with a 100% quantity option. Destination Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 5821-01-481-2154 covering Display Unit, Television, Multifunctional, proprietary to Rockwell Collins, Cage 09344 P/N 122474-1. Item is Commercial off the Shelf. A subcontracting plan is required. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
