Description

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Migration Policy Institute, 1400 16th ST NW STE 300, Washington, DC 20036-2203, pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1)--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Migration Policy Institute is a nonprofit organization committed to studying the movement of people worldwide USCIS has a requirement to develop a research project design for the state mandated use of E-Verify. Respond to this requirement by submitting written capabilities/specifications to the Contracting Officer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within 4 days from the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government for a determination by the Government whether a competitive procurement is feasible
