- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Progressive Hydraulics, of Saddle Brook, NJ for the acquisition of fifteen (15) units of the following items: 1.Custom Hydraulics Power Unit P/N: HS-11368, Rev. 2 2.Rupture Disk Housing, P/N: 0864710000 3.Rupture Disk, P/N: 7560033600 4.Accumulator, P/N: A4N0116D3KTC The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
