- NSN 1560-01-294-2694, IQC 08127009043; Item: Reticulated Foam. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in cFolders. This procurement is expected to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=33 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=33, O=33 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=198, O=198 / Estimated annual quantity: =132, O=132. This item is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Government First Article Testing of 2 units applies to this procurement. The First Article Unit is due 120 days from date of award. The Production delivery is due 123 days from acceptance of the first article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Monthly Wartime Rate (SURGE) applies to this item. The monthly wartime rate is 2each and must be priced separately. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only offers received from valid Small business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 05/27/08, the close date is 06/30/08.
