- SYNOPSIS – Liquid Oxygen SOLICITATION NUMBER: W912HN-08-T-0046 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, has a requirement for the supply of liquid oxygen for the Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake to meet the 2008 calendar year requirements. Prospective contractors must be capable of supplying approximately 1,500 tons of liquid oxygen. The period of the delivery for calendar year 2008 is estimated to being 15 July through 30 November 2008. The Contractor will provide up to forty (40) tons of liquid oxygen per day when requested. During the peak demand, periodic daily “around the clock” deliveries, seven (7) days per week will be required. The storage facilities consist of two (2) twenty thousand (20,000) gallon storage tanks. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible business may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325120. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 20 May 2008.
