- Description
- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Collins, Colorado, requires lodging and meeting space for a meeting to be held in April 2009 for approximately 150 attendees in the Denver, Colorado area. A central meeting room set up classroom style is required for two full day sessions as well as several breakout rooms that are located in close proximity to the main meeting room. Motel services shall include but not be limited to providing an airport shuttle service as well as shuttle service for Denver and the surrounding area for attendees. Catering service shall be required for breaks, luncheons and a banquet one evening for meeting attendees.
