- The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing solicitation number 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 8 for Multiple Award Schedule 738X for Human Resources & EEO Services, effective May 5, 2008. 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 8 replaces solicitation number 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 7 in its entirety. Resultant contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule program. Current contract holders under Schedule 738X for Human Resources & EEO Services do not need to re-apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Contracts under this solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award, and lasting for five years unless canceled or terminated. Three five-year option periods are possible under this contractual action. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a vehicle for all Government agencies to obtain quality Human Resource Services and EEO Services when required from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) under a Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule in an efficient, streamlined, and cost effective manner in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. Special Item Numbers (SINs) covered under Schedule 738X are: 595-21 for Human Resource Services and 595-25 for EEO Services. Offers may be submitted at anytime; this solicitation is continuously open with no closing date. Applicable NAICS codes are 541611, 541612, 561310, 561410, 561611, 611430, and 624190. The previous edition of this solicitation, 2FYA-AR-060004-B Refresh 7, will not be accepted after May 31, 2008. IMPORTANT NOTICE: OFFERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR SINS 595-22 AND 595-26 AT THIS TIME. THESE TWO SINS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE IN A FUTURE OPEN SEASON. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR SINS 595-22 AND 595-26 AS IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
