Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, management, tools and equipment necessary to extend the Military Parking Lot and reapply ABC rock to the existing parking lot. In addition, the contractor is to convert 1025 Square Feet of an existing Rifle Range into Administrative Office Space. All work is to be performed in the vicinity of the Greenville USARC, Greenville, MS. The period of performance is ninety days after Notice of Proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $200,000.00 and $350,000.00. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542 and $31M. Pursuant to FAR 19.1007, this acquisition is issued unrestricted. All firms are deemed eligible to submit bids. Multiple awards may be made if it is advantageous to the government. To be eligible for award, offerors must have a current, valid registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation package will be available via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi on or about June 1, 2008. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the ASFI website. Interested companies are advised to check the website periodically for amendments. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
