- The US Army Space and Missile Defense Command, on behalf of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense intends to execute a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract under other than full and open competition - Sole Source basis: This requirement is to provide for the operation of a Life Cycle Management Support Center in support of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense. This notice is valid until 23 May 2008 and is not a request for proposal. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. the government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated on/or before 30 May 2008.
