- Solicitation for NSN 1650-01-262-1238 / IQC08077009005, FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID. Configuration Control applies. QPL-8815-36 APPLIES. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item; please do not submit requests. Currently the only approved sources for this item are PALL AEROPOWER, CAGE: 18350, P/N: AC-7031F-1297Y6 and PTI TECHNOLOGIES, CAGE: 05228, P/N: 7579642. This solicitation will result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a 1 year base period and 4 option years. The estimated annual demand is 503 units. The required delivery schedule is 144 DARO. FOB is Destination, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
