- Accomplish the FY-08 RAV for the USCGC ZEPHYR (WPC-8). Work includes: Sewage and Grey Water Piping System repair, No. 1 SSDG Generator Chemical Cleaning, No. 2 SSDG Generator Chemical Cleaning, No. 1 SSDG Diesel Engine Inspection, No. 2 SSDG Diesel Engine Inspection, Stbd. Fin Stabilizer Shaft leak repair and No. 1 Fire Station Firemain Piping repair. Contact the Procuring Contract Specialist for inspection dates/location, period of performance, and place of performance. San Diego, CA area sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) (see DFARS 217.71) prior to award, may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess an ABR are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an assessment of the ABR application without impacting the craft's availability dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items. These documents may be examined or obtained at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC; 3755 Brinser Street, Suite 1, Box 368106, San Diego, CA 92136).
