- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) in support of Naval Hospital, Yokosuka, has a requirement for a preventive maintenance service for washer and steam sterilizers. The machines that will be serviced are: 1.Washer Sterilizer Reliance model 34002.Steam Sterilizer Eagle model 3000 The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service type contract. The period of performance for the base year is 01 June 2008 through 31 May 2009. Up to two one-year option periods may be included. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Steris Corporation, Erie, Pa 16506. Therefore, this notice is published for informational purposes only. FOB origin: U.S. Naval Hospital, Yokosuka, Japan 96350-160. Written requests may be emailed to joseph.lownik@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS.This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
