- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency is requesting a facilitator for the following two events: (1) Annual refresher training for FEMA's Collateral Duty Counselors; Session 1 shall be conducted on June 10 through June 13, 2008 for 27 participants (23 counselors and 4 staff members). (2) Session 2 shall be conducted on June 17 through June 20, 2008 for 28 participants (24 counselors plus 4 staff members). Both meetings shall be held within the Washington, DC rail system area. Meals shall be included in the conference costs. Standard audio visual equipment shall be required for both training sessions, which shall include an LDS Data Projector, front projection screen, podium, 2 easels with/flip chart, markers, DVD player and monitor. Responses shall be sent via e-mail to marolyn.cross@dhs.gov. Deadline for questions shall be at 3:30 pm, 05/16/2008. This shall be a Commercial acquisition that us subjected to the regulations in FAR 12 and FAR 13.
