- This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), and is being issued to provide only stock replenishment coverage in support of military depots. In addition to those NSNs specified in Section B of this solicitation, the scope of this contract includes all DLA and DOD managed NSNs for which one, any, or all of the following is/are approved source(s): Hupp & Associates, Cage 0JT27. NSNs within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract at a later date in accordance with clause I16C04 – Addition/Deletion of Items. The solicitation will be available on or about May 19, 2008 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1450 and 4720. Currently Section B contains 3 NSN items managed by DSCC. The NSNs, NAME, CAGE, PART NUMBER and COMPANY ARE: 1450-01-483-9876, PARTS KIT-SEAL REPL, 0JT27, HAD2F146, Hupp & Associates; 1450-01-491-8105, PARTS KIT-SEAL REPL, 0JT27, HAD2F152, Hupp & Associates ; 4720-01-493-7514, PARTS KIT, HOSE ASSEM, 0JT27, HAD2F149, Hupp & Associates. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option year) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; The Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). 10.
