- This is a request for information only. (RFI). There is no solicitation package available. Dover Air Force Base DE is requesting Sources Sought for a warranty service with 2 option years on the RIMAGE DLN5200 Disklab System in the Dover Port Mortuary, Bldg 116, 436th Services Squadron, Dover AFB, Delaware. This is to identify potential offerors and solicit industry comments and questions. The government does not intend to pay for any information provided. Response to this request must include: Technical literature or any documentation that will demonstrate the potential offeror’s ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. The Primary Requirement: Warranty Services to include: •Field engineers arriving on-site, within two business days, if there is a reported trouble call that can not be resolved via telephone •Software updates to the RIMAGE Producer Suite software as they become available. •Telephone support, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. •All labor, travel expenses, and Factory Certified replacement parts (excluding consumables) to restore system(s) to normal if problems arise. •“No Cost” parts returns. Replacement Autoloaders, printers, or any parts used on-site to arrive with pre-paid shipment labels. •All replacement hardware and software must be fully compatible with existing RIMAGE DLN 5200 Disklab Systems currently employed at the Dover Port Mortuary. •Two preventive maintenance (PM) service calls per year. Date/time of PM vists to be determined at discretion of Dover Port Mortuary. We are interested in knowing whether similar contracts are currently being performed, and are interested in getting copies of sample commercial contracts for information only. We are not interested in pricing estimates. This office must receive responses no later than 9 May 2008.
