Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number N68335-08-T-0064 is issued as a competitive request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii)This solicitation will be 100% small business set aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS is 337214. (iv)Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) are for the following listed items: Overall Requirements: -All products provided to meet the listed requirements must also be fully assembled and/or installed by the vendor. -Installation must be coordinated with NAVAIR public works department, and therefore may require the incremental delivery of certain parts. -Installation will be on top of a 4” raised computer access flooring -Unless otherwise stated, all worksurfaces provided must ESD protective. Electronic components will be openly handled, and static must be dissipated and neutralized for their protection. Workstations: -U-Shaped Work Area -Laboratory-grade cabinetry and casework -Epoxy-Resin work surface -30” deep workstations -U-shape dimensions: 240” back with two 151” sides. -104” of each side shall be 36” high worksurfaces. All other areas will be sitting height, 30” high surface, including corner units. -Overhead wall-mounted 36” high cabinets, 18” above all worksurfaces. -Worksurfaces to have a rounded bullnose front. -120V Xenon lights mounted under all cabinet units -Backsplashes and 125V power strips along all worksurfaces -Two sound dampening floor cabinets with dental-grade quiet air compressor installed. Compressor systems must include quick-disconnect tubing with attachments for both a compressed air nozzle and a compressor-powered bag vacuum system. -A 24” wardrobe unit must accompany one leg of the U-shape. -Sink Area -102” long, 36” high, 30” deep worksurface -24” of floor cabinet must be sound dampening to house pumps for a circuit card fabrication system. There will be no overhead wall-mounted cabinetry above this unit. -78” of wall-mounted cabinetry above worksurface -120V Xenon lights mounted under all cabinet units -Chemical resistant resin surface -Worksurfaces to have a rounded bullnose front. -19”x25”x12” stainless steel drop-in sink with rotating gooseneck faucet and laboratory hookup spout -Plumbing of sink and faucet to existing hot, cold, and drain lines. -Refrigerator/Freezer combo installed in a 24” wide open space under the 36” high worksurfaces. Must be appropriate for storage of chemicals. -All floor cabinets must be 22” deep, with 13” of pipe space left between the rear of the cabinet, and the adjacent wall. Mobile Workstations: -All workstations must include custom 1-3/4” thick maple wood tops -Metal base capable of holding a 1200 pound load. -Items #1&2 -Two 31”x76” mobile worksurfaces. -36” standard height, with options for height adjustment. -Dogbone-style latching feature to perform a flush and level joining of both worksurfaces along the 76” edge -Carrymaster AC-600 leveling castor shall be installed on all four legs of each workstation. -One under-surface drawer, 4” high and 21” long, on each workstation -Item #3 -31”x76” mobile worksurface. -36” standard height, with options for height adjustment. -Carrymaster AC-600 leveling castor shall be installed on all four legs of workstation. -Three under-surface drawers, 4” high and 21” long -Radiused corners on maple top -Item #4 -31”x76” mobile worksurface. -36” standard height, with options for height adjustment. -Carrymaster AC-600 leveling castor shall be installed on all four legs of workstation. -Three under-surface drawers, 4” high and 21” long -Square corners on maple top -Item #5 -47” wide by 29” deep stainless steel cart. 36” height. -1Ύ” maple wood top -Ό” steel lip above maple top along edges -Must have locking castors Wall-hung Countertop: -98” wide by 36” deep corian countertop -Mounted on wall at 30” height. -Must coordinate with NAVAIR Public Works dept. to install on custom brackets to enable a 600 pound load along the outer edge of said countertop. Brackets will be provided by NAVAIR. -Does not require an ESD surface -Must have cutouts for cable pass-through along rear of countertop. Shelving: -Three sets of wall-mounted 1Ύ” maple wood shelving -Maple wood shall be provided in 48” wide by 24” deep sections -Each section to sustain a 600 pound weight -Must have cutouts for cable pass-through along rear shelf. -Each row of shelving to have a metal endcap -Shelved must be mounted with an under-shelf bracket. All installation performed by the vendor. NAVAIR public works is available to add additional studs to wall upon request. -Item #1 -Three rows, each separated vertically by 36” of open space -Each row to consist of 3 sections of 48” wide maple, side-by-side -First row to begin 12” vertically from surface of floor -Items #2 (identical to previous item) -Three rows, each separated vertically by 36” of open space -Each row to consist of 3 sections of 48” wide maple, side-by-side -First row to begin 12” vertically from surface of floor -Item #3 -Three rows, each separated vertically by 36” of open space -Each row to consist of 2 sections of 48” wide maple, side-by-side -First row to begin 12” vertically from surface of floor Chairs: -Four fabric chairs with foot ring, casters, backrest & lumbar support. 23”-28” adjusting height. Two chairs must have push-down locking castors that will prevent rolling whenever an individual is seated. The remaining two chairs do not require a locking castor. -Three fabric chairs with foot ring, casters, backrest & lumbar support. 17”-22” adjusting height -6 fixed height (30”) four-legged stools with round 13” diameter maple seat (v) Contract Terms and Conditions: Inspection and Acceptance Section E: DD 250. FOB Destination Deliveries or Performance Section F: All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with best commercial practices.
