- This notice is to provide an update on the above referenced Source Sought Notice. Based on the market research performed, the Government has determined that the contract for this acquisition will be awarded as an 8(a) Direct Award in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.8, Contracting with Small Business Administration, (The 8(a) program). IAW FAR 5.202, a synopsis of the proposed contract action is not required under the 8(a) program, however, after the contract is awarded, IAW FAR 5.3, a synopsis of contract award will be posted.
