- This solicitation will be available on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about May 27, 2008, with a bid opening date of approximately 30 days following issuance. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: This projects entails emplacement of an open streambed, inverted U-culvert under Sunnyside Lane. This project will provide a clear flow path for the unnamed stream passing under Sunnyside Lane. All work described in project description will be completed for this project. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. NAICS code is 237990, $31 million. The contract performance period is 30 calendar days following Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR Section 36.204 the estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
