- The subject requirement is for the acquisitions for various NSNs with various item descriptions. The major FSCs for this requirement ar 2530 and 2540. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term contract with a base & four (4) option years is anticipated. The total duration bse plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000. The Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Solicitation will be available on app. May 27, 2008 at https://dibbs.bsm.dal.mil/rfp. Hard copies ar Not Available. Increments and delivery schedule will be notes o the RFP. All responsible sources may submit an Offer/Quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, Final Award Decision will be based on a combination of Price, Past Performance, Proposed Delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
