- PR Number(s): FD20200777001 This acquisition is for the procurement of Mini Demolition Remote Firing Devices and associated transmitters/receivers manufactured by MAS Zengrange (NL) Ltd with following part numbers, (172M2-003-00000-0) (172M2-001-0001-0) and (172M2-001-00026-0). This requirement is being issued on a brand name or equal basis and is intended to be descriptive to indicate the quality and characteristics of products that will be considered satisfactory to meet the agency's needs. Award of a 5-year, firm-fixed price IDIQ contract is anticipated and will have a five (5) year ordering period with a contract minimum amount of $500,000.00 and a contract maximum amount of $9,000,000.00. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet @ www.ccr.gov Item: 0001 NSN: 1375982065633NMNM MINI - DEMOLITION REMOTE FIRING DEVICE P/N: 172M2-003-00000-0, Description: The Mini Demolition Remote Firing Device (Mini DRFD) is a high performance remote initiation system designed to command detonate explosives and associated EOD equipment using UHF radio signals and time delay. The two principle items of the system are the Transmitter and Receiver. One Transmitter can control up to 100 receivers individually or collectively. Each receiver initiates a single circuit and is capable of firing through a line resistance up to 25 ohms. Supp. Description: The Mini DRFD system comprises one Transmitter and Five Receivers including accessories of a 5m antenna extension, 1/2 wavelength antenna, operator card and operator manual. All items are placed in a cut out durable foam insert and contained within a rugged transit/storage case. Basic one year period and four one year options.
