- The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplieied Acquisition Procedures with SPSS Inc., 233 South Wacker Drive, 11th Floor, Chicago, IL 60606-6307, to provide nVizn support maintenance renewal (Period of Performance: May 3, 2008 to May 2, 2009). Total cost for this requirement will NTE $6,000.00 This notice of intent is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. There is no RFP notice. For information purposes only.
