- Description
- The Department of the Army, Army Reserve Contracting Center West Presidio of Monterey Division is seeking a Clerical Assistant to support the Army community Service (ACS) center in administering the Exception Family Member Program (EFMP) and Family Advocacy Program (FAP). This service includes but is not limited to typing a variety of narrative and tabular material using a computer e.g. memorandums of instruction/agreements, standard operating procedure reports, letters, certificates, purchase orders and fliers. The position requires the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, and electronic mail and calendar; to draft, edit, copy, delete, store, retrieve and print materials. Work will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance is 2 June 2008 through 1 June 2009. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The method of evaluation and award will be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The solicitation (W9124N-08-T-0045) will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website at http://www.fedbizops.gov on or about May 12, 2008.
