NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NSN: 1560-01-475-9825, PRON: AX819669, P/N 7-511111161-101, NOUN: Fairing Assy, Fwd, Quantity 27 each, applicable to BJ, Apache, with delivery to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Production lead time is 120 days after contract award. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Inc., Cage 8V613 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item decribed above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
